TIG support for the EDLA program will soon be coming to an end. The service-end date for the device is
based on the warranty end date. New ticket creations will not be allowed for devices after their warranty
expires. As of 11/20/2023 TIG will be completely suspending its break-fix services for new ticket submissions.
On this date no new ticket submissions will be allowed. Please ensure that you have submitted all repair
tickets prior to this date. All existing tickets will continue to be processed and delivered back to the
district upon completion.
